Qualifications :

1.    Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Electric and Electronic / Mechatronic.

2.    Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.

3.    Ability to work well under pressure and multitasking.

4.    Good verbal and written communications skills.

5.    Strong self-discipline personality.

6.    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

7.    Efficient, organize, hard work and good teamwork.

1. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

2. Plan and undertaking scheduled maintenance of production machineries and facilities.

3. Lead, supervise and develop a team of 5 Technical Officers, Engineers, and Technicians.

4. Able to understand & perform CLIT/ 5S.

5. Good communication skills with supplier.

6. Responding to all machines breakdowns - Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

7. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.

8. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties comply with Safety regulations, HACCP, requirements and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

9. Adhered to all workplace safety and Food Safety, HALAL standard requirements.

10. Attend internal and external audit in sustaining HACCP/FSSC/JKKP, HALAL, BOMBA & other Qualify-Related Compliance.

11. Support in outsourced contractor to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.

12. Enhance process, machine and procedure to achieve:

    1. Automation 

    2. Energy saving

    3. Efficiency

    4. Reduce spoilage

    5. Reject.

13. Shift and “on-call” work may require during production pick season.

14. Perform other task deem necessary by management.
