Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse related field.

Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and dependable.

Strong sense of team cooperation.

Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage

Plan and implement warehouse management strategies to maximize space efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and streamline distribution processes.

Track and evaluate warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Participate in daily stock operations, including receiving goods from suppliers, entering invoice data into the inventory system, managing inter-branch transfers, and maintaining warehousing documents.

Lead and manage the warehouse team, including training and supervising staff.

Maintain precise records and documentation for all inventory activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
