Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, and inbound phone calls

• Handle simple cases that require manual review and approval

• Provide timely, accurate responses in accordance with company SOPs

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the internal team as needed

• Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions

• Manage and maintain company social media account (content posting, responding to messages/comments)
