Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline. Candidates with working experience in Hong Kong will have added advantage.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in related discipline with minimum 2 years working at management level, have experience working in Food Ingredients related companies.

Experience in direct procurement (raw materials and/or packaging materials) and other indirect categories (such as Maintenance, Repair, Operations, Facilities, Services, etc.).

Willing to travel domestic or occasional international.

Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage due to business needs

Manage Capex projects in terms of on-time delivery, budget control with excellent quality and service.

Involve in procurement procedure, ie negotiations, competitive bidding, e-Auctions.

Leverage on external network and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep updated on market and supply base movement, as well as competitive activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project launch and commercialization.

Identify and introduce new/alternative suppliers for cost efficiency and risk mitigation, and maintain good relationship with them.
