岗位职责
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing
Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and processing transactions
Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new mattress offerings and features
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
