Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or above qualification in any field.

  • Able to communicate in English and Malay
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and disciplined with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales and customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing

  • Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and processing transactions

  • Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

  • Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new mattress offerings and features

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
