任职资格

  • Degree holders (Fresh Graduates are welcome).

  • Diploma holders with a minimum of 2 years' working experience.

  • SPM/STPM holders with a minimum of 5 years' working experience.

  • Good command of English.

  • Able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

岗位职责

  • Handle 100% inbound calls from customers.

  • Assist with banking enquiries (ATM, cards, savings/current accounts, insurance, etc.).

  • Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.

  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
