Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, or data architecture, with hands-on experience designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models in enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of SQL, dimensional modeling, and modern data platforms, with experience in Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or similar cloud-based data ecosystems.

Experience working with commercial or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) domains, such as Pricing, Promotions, Trade Spend, Gross-to-Net, Customer Profitability, or Sales Analytics, is highly preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Lead the design and implementation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models across Revenue Growth Management (RGM) domains, including Pricing, Promotions, Trade Spend, Gross-to-Net, Customer Profitability, and Revenue/Margin Analytics.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable data models that enable commercial analytics and decision-making.

Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact RGM data solutions.

Own enterprise RGM data models, business definitions, and modeling standards, ensuring consistency across the organization.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data models on Azure, Databricks, and modern Lakehouse architectures.

Guide SQL-based data transformations and ETL/ELT development, promoting modular and reusable design.

Drive data governance by defining data quality standards, ensuring metric consistency, and supporting data lineage and documentation.
