Must Have:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field.

• Strong passion for the F&B industry and customer service excellence.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including carrying, moving materials, and handling goods safely.

• Able to handle non-halal materials/products as required.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

• Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in operational standards across all departments.

• Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
