Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.

Proven experience in managing construction projects from commencement to completion.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in Malaysia.

Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.

Good understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to different construction sites when required.

Preferably possess relevant certifications such as CIDB qualifications or equivalent.

Knowledge of health and safety management systems and experience implementing site safety procedures.

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines.

Manage and motivate construction teams, including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, while maintaining a productive working environment.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and company standards.

Monitor project progress and report site activities, budgets, and resource allocation to senior management.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and labour hours.

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays and ensure smooth work progress.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Implement and enforce health and safety procedures, including conducting toolbox talks and ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Manage material deliveries and storage to ensure efficient use of resources and minimise wastage.

Train and guide junior staff and new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
