Must possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing & Logistic or similar.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or related industries.

Heavy machinery & spare parts knowledge is an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required.

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, delivery scheduling, route coordination, and fleet utilization to ensure timely and cost-effective service.

Coordinate closely with drivers, subcontractors, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth execution of deliveries and services.

Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and disruptions.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Develop and grow the company’s logistics business by identifying new sales opportunities and acquiring new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare quotations, service proposals, and contracts tailored to customer requirements.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve business objectives.

Work closely with internal teams to align operations with customer expectations and service commitments.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery performance, cost efficiency, and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and operational data.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

Propose improvements to operational processes and service offerings to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Support management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
