Requirements
- 必须能够在周一至周六工作5.5天
- 候选人必须至少拥有相关领域的SPM /文凭学历。
- 能够说和写英语、马来语和普通话（最好）。
- 最好有物流领域经验，欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office工具（Excel、PPT、Word等）。
- 良好的人际交往能力，创新思维，能够在团队和独立工作。
- 能够立即开始工作（将提供培训）。
Responsibilities
- 提供行政支持。
- 为日常办公室运营提供行政支持（例如，代理人采购订单、交货单）。
- 处理每日行政职责，如客户注册、接听电话、回复信息和电子邮件、为代理商的客户安排交货时间表，并备注任何特殊要求。
- 确保所有相关文件的正确归档。
- 与代理/公司代理人建立良好的关系。
- 与其他部门保持良好和尊重的关系，并就与代理相关的事宜进行联络。
