• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as Junior System Analyst.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power BI (Desktop), Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a must. Experience in ERP systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, driven, assertive, able to function under minimal supervision and with keen interest in new technology

Job Summary:
In this role you will be engaged with a variety of business solutions from ERP, CRM, robot software and Microsoft PowerBI and PowerAutomate. You will be for providing technical support and implementing changes to existing systems and developing and implementing new solutions. The aim of the department is to digitize as many repetitive tasks as possible.

• Provide first-level technical support for ERP other business software, including diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.
• Responsible for maintaining software, applications, and databases.
• Design and develop data models, dashboards, reports for Business Intelligence in Microsoft Power BI according to user requirements.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Robot Process Automation in Microsoft PowerAutomate
• Hands-on involvement in development, implementation and testing of new applications, PowerApps, and improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all designed solutions.
• Provide support to users to analyze and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
