Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display design

Strong understanding of retail best practices, customer behavior, and merchandising principles

Excellent creative and design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays

Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for trends and consumer preferences

Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies for our retail stores

Designing and executing impactful in-store displays, product layouts, and seasonal setups

Ensuring consistent brand representation and visual standards across all retail locations

Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives

Monitoring and optimizing store layouts and displays to improve customer engagement and sales

Providing training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising best practices

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
