New Product Introduction (NPI) Support

• Coordinate product samples received from overseas manufacturing teams

• Arrange and manage sample distribution

• Create product mock-ups for new launches

• Track sample inventory and arrival schedules

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support area and local marketing campaigns

• Create shopping carts and monitor approval processes

• Review social media content before publication

• Conduct influencer and KOL audits

• Coordinate PR kits, influencer seeding activities, sponsorships, and campaign reporting

• Liaise with agencies and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution

Localization & Content Adaptation

• Adapt marketing materials to suit local culture, language, and market trends

• Coordinate with local agencies on content development

• Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements

• Prepare content for final stakeholder approval

Influencer & KOL Management

• Coordinate influencer seeding campaigns

• Engage and liaise with KOLs and creators

• Brainstorm and develop PR kit concepts

• Prepare product inserts and seeding kits

• Track and measure campaign performance

Social Media Support

• Assist with social media campaign execution

• Create and proofread social media captions

• Schedule posts across platforms

• Coordinate UTM link creation with e-commerce teams

• Support ad-hoc local marketing campaigns

Operational & Administrative Support

• Manage product sample requests for sales teams, agencies, and product shoots

• Prepare Trade Letters and support documentation

• Coordinate sample withdrawals and stock requests

• Monitor sample inventory across office and warehouse locations

• Support customer-related sample replacement requests

• Maintain showroom product displays

• Update budget trackers and marketing records

Reporting & Market Analysis

• Assist in compiling and analyzing reports

• Gather market data and support business reporting

• Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing activities
