To date, we’ve successfully assisted businesses in securing over RM400 million in financing, and we’re looking for ambitious Relationship Manager (Sales Role) who want to build a rewarding career while making a real impact on Malaysian businesses.

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships with Business Owners

• Engage with SME business owners to understand their business and financing needs.

• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify suitable financing solutions.

• Become a trusted financing advisor instead of simply “selling loans.”

Manage Sales Opportunities

• Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company and your own networking efforts.

• Guide clients through the financing process from enquiry until approval.

• Work closely with our Credit and Operations team to ensure smooth case processing.

Grow Your Pipeline

• Maintain an organised sales pipeline through our CRM.

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat financing opportunities and referrals.

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, property, B2B sales or SME sales is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
