Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources working experience. Prior experience as Senior HR Specialist, HR Supervisor or HR Manager is highly preferred.

Familiar with Malaysia local human‑resource management workflows.

Well‑versed in Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and related regulatory requirements.

Mandarin is required for conducting verbal discussions and preparing written documents for this role.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia for business communication and document translation.

Good command of English for daily work communication.

Experienced in full‑cycle recruitment, employee management, compensation & benefits and administrative procedures.

Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsible for day‑to‑day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relationship management.

Manage full‑cycle recruitment procedures, covering job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and offer follow‑up.

Administer employment contracts, staff attendance, leave applications and payroll‑related matters.

Assist in formulating and optimising the company’s HR policies and workflows.

Conduct employee communication and resolve issues between the company and employees.

Handle daily communication and document translation between Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Assist in Malaysian labour law compliance, government documents and related administrative affairs.

Maintain good communication with management and all departments to deliver comprehensive HR support.
