- SPM or above

- Proven sales experience in any industry with a track record of closing. Experience in construction, renovation, interior design, furniture/home improvement, property or building materials is a strong advantage — but no awning or shading experience needed, we train you on the product

- An existing network or customer circle you can activate

- Own car and valid driving licence — essential; this is a site-visit role across the Klang Valley

- Comfortable with a smartphone and CRM app; able to prepare basic quotations

- Able to do basic calculation and measurement

- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel

- Self-driven, presentable, customer-first attitude

- Follow up promptly and professionally on company-generated marketing leads via our CRM

- Make sales calls to new and existing clients; develop your own network and referrals to generate additional leads

- Conduct site visits across the Klang Valley to obtain site information and measurements (outdoor work), understand customer needs, and recommend the right shading solution

- Present Noventa's products and services to residential and commercial clients

- Prepare and present quotations through the company CRM; negotiate and close sales

- Prepare and present sales contracts and maintain accurate sales activity records

- Follow up closely on sales enquiries and coordinate with the Production Department on delivery timelines

- Follow up and collect payment from customers in line with agreed payment terms

- Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

- Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships; perform quality checks on product and service delivery

- Provide weekly sales activity reports

- Conduct market research, monitor competitor and market trends, and feed back to management

- Attend company trade exhibitions on designated dates (may include weekends and public holidays)
