• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Sales & Client Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their design preferences, requirements, and budget expectations.

• Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.

• Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.

• Work closely with clients and in-house design teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experience.

• Develop project plans and schedules, including milestones and workflow activities.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Conduct site visits when required to oversee project progress and ensure successful project completion and handover.

• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring projects are completed within timeline and client expectations
