Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Portfolio of previous design work is required

Able to communicate ideas effectively

Design high-converting graphics for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (banners, hero images, product thumbnails, and vouchers)

Create assets for the official website, including homepage banners, collection pages, and promotional pop-ups

Produce engaging content (static and motion) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, focusing on body positivity and fit-focused storytelling

Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines

Design in-store signage, window displays, price tags, and promotional posters for physical branches

Work with marketing to develop seasonal themes (e.g., CNY, Raya, Year-End Sales) tailored to the plus-size demographic

High-quality photo editing and color correction that celebrates diverse body types while maintaining realistic garment representation

Create "Size Guides" and "Fit Indicators" to help online customers understand garment measurements and silhouettes

Ensure all visuals across digital marketplaces and physical stores strictly adhere to brand identity and tone

Oversee technical specs for physical marketing collateral (flyers, loyalty cards, and packaging inserts)
