Minimum SPM or Certificate qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word).

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO).

Follow up with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure all purchased items are delivered on time and in good condition.

Compare quotations and assist in sourcing new suppliers when required.

Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and filing.

Coordinate with outlets and other departments on purchasing requirements.

Check supplier invoices and supporting documents before submission.

Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory.

Perform any other purchasing or administrative duties assigned by the Purchasing Lead or Management.
