• High school certificate or any technical SKM certificate.

• Work in technical field in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Important: Candidate must be willing to work OT and shift hours.

1. MDB Support

• Perform manual deburring on small-sized components and precision parts.

• Use microscopes and fine hand tools to remove burrs and sharp edges.

• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

• Report any defects or inconsistencies through Non-Conformance Management Procedure.

2. Cleanroom Support

• Operate ultrasonic cleaning machines and related equipment.

• Prepare and load parts for ultrasonic cleaning according to procedures.

• Mix and handle cleaning solutions safely and accurately.

• Inspect parts before and after cleaning to ensure cleanliness and quality.

• Document cleaning processes and maintain cleaning records.

• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of cleaning equipment.
