What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a branding, creative, digital marketing or integrated advertising agency.

• Strong understanding of how strategy, creative, production and client servicing work together throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience leading project delivery, operations or account management teams.

• Excellent documentation, planning and organisational skills.

• Strong operational judgement with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience using project management platforms, Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.

• Comfortable using AI productivity tools to improve operational workflows and team efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead operational planning by aligning business priorities, project objectives, timelines, resources and delivery expectations so that projects begin with clear direction and realistic execution plans.

• Establish operational standards, documentation practices and project workflows so that every department works consistently across all client engagements.

• Guide Business Operations Associates by reviewing project planning, documentation quality and coordination practices while developing their operational judgement and professional growth.

• Coordinate with strategists, copywriters, designers, video editors and project teams to ensure every department is aligned before work progresses to the next stage.

• Review project deliverables at key milestones by assessing strategic alignment, execution quality and client readiness before work is presented or delivered.

• Identify execution gaps, operational risks and workflow bottlenecks early so that issues are addressed before they impact project quality, timelines or client expectations.

• Monitor project portfolios, resource allocation and team capacity to support workload planning and balanced resource utilisation across the agency.

• Evaluate completed projects by reviewing delivery performance, workflow effectiveness and team feedback to identify practical improvements for future projects.

• Strengthen project templates, SOPs, documentation standards and operational processes so that every completed project improves the way future work is delivered.

• Support leadership by preparing operational reports, delivery updates and business insights that contribute to planning, resource decisions and organisational growth.
