Job Description

Requirements

  • 语言能力：需具备中文沟通能力，以便与主要讲中文的团队成员协调工作

  • 1年以内厨房工作经验，在中餐厅工作过更好，接受小白

  • 能适应后厨工作强度、工作节奏、服从上级工作安排

Responsibilities

  • 负责后厨菜品切配、清洗、及其他准备工作

  • 协助厨师菜品制作

  • 及时完成上级安排的其他工作

  • 后期能独立完成出品，包括面条的煮制、汤底的调配及对菜品色泽、味道等方面的检查，确保出品的一致性
