Possess at least a Diploma in any field.

Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in event hosting, live hosting, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Able to interact confidently and engage audiences effectively during LIVE sessions.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to assigned work schedules.

Charismatic, confident, and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively in front of the camera.

Possess a clear, energetic, and engaging voice that captures and retains audience attention during LIVE sessions.

Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and able to represent the company's brand image positively.

Comfortable appearing on camera and capable of hosting LIVE sessions with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Highly disciplined, punctual, responsible, and committed to maintaining a professional work ethic.

Able to manage time effectively and consistently report on time for work, LIVE sessions, and assigned activities.

Required to conduct LIVE sessionsat all Asiana Grand Hall venues according to the company's schedule andnot limited to a single location.

Willing to travel to any Asiana Grand Hall venue for LIVE sessions, content creation, and promotional activities.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to the company's operational schedule.

Conduct TikTok LIVE sessions according to the schedule assigned by the company.

Professionally and engagingly promote the company's wedding hall packages, catering packages, and related services.

Actively engage with viewers by responding to inquiries and increasing audience engagement during LIVE sessions.

Generate and collect qualified leads to be handed over to the Sales team for follow-up and booking purposes.

Ensure all information regarding packages, promotions, and pricing communicated during LIVE sessions is accurate and up to date.

Produce a minimum of one (1) high-quality content piece per day for the company's social media platforms.

Collaborate with the Business Growth & Digital Marketing team to develop content ideas, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

Prepare thoroughly before each LIVE session, including understanding the company's products, current promotions, scripts, and sales objectives.

Assist in creating short-form videos, photos, and other creative content to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.

Achieve the company's assigned KPIs, including the number of LIVE sessions conducted, qualified leads generated, audience engagement, and sales targets.

Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and personal image that reflects the company's brand at all times.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on LIVE performance, published content, and leads generated.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in support of the company's operations and business objectives.
