Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical, Industrial, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience in chemical trading, industrial products, sales, business development, or trading operations.
- Experience with chemical raw materials, paints & coatings, or industrial products is an advantage.
- Exposure to domestic, import, export, and offshore trading is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management is preferred.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow chemical & industrial products trading business across domestic, import, export, and offshore markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, overseas offices, stakeholders, and logistics partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Manage existing business portfolios while expanding new markets and customer accounts.
- Conduct negotiations and manage commercial discussions with key business partners.
- Support the Division GM and Team Leaders in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
- Contribute to HR development and organizational management within the division.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal regulations, and reporting requirements.
