任职资格
SPM with at least 1 year of working experience OR Fresh Diploma/Degree graduates.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysiaand averageEnglish.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Joining Date:27 July 2026
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 working days, 2 off days)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 (based on experience)
PFP Allowance: RM300
Transport Allowance: Up to RM200

Handle customer enquiries via calls and other communication channels.
Assist customers with technical issues, product enquiries, and general information.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Respond to customer correspondence professionally and efficiently.
