Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in:
Production Planning
Factory Planning
Supply Chain Planning

Experience in manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of:
SAP
Microsoft Excel
Capacity Planning
Demand Forecasting
Inventory Planning

Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing / OSAT will be an added advantage.

As a Factory Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production planning and material flow to support manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include:

Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and factory capacity.
Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Logistics teams.
Analyze demand forecasts and capacity planning to optimize production efficiency.
Track production progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.
Prepare production planning reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize planning systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel for planning and reporting.
