REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology or equivalent.

Experience/Skill Required

• Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a related field, such as medical laboratory

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive and self-learning attitude

• Capable of organizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.

• Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia

THE JOB

• Provide prompt and effective support for customer inquiries related to product application, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes to minimize downtime and improve turnaround time in the field of Autoimmune, Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to enable sales closure.

• Conduct in-depth product training for customers, ensuring users are confident, competent, and able to operate products safely and effectively.

• Perform evaluations and validations of kits/instruments in accordance with laboratory and industry standards; prepare and submit reports in a timely manner.

• Assist in marketing activities such as seminars, user group meetings, trade shows and conference activities.

• Stay up-to-date with product developments and enhancements through proactive self-learning to maintain high levels of technical proficiency.
