Minimum STPM/ Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.

Manage inbound and outbound inventory activities, including receiving, picking, order fulfilment and stock movement transactions.

Maintain accurate inventory records by updating system information, conducting daily or weekly stock counts and reconciling discrepancies when required.

Coordinate and follow up with delivery partners/sprinters to ensure timely deliveries and successful order completion.

Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, maintain proper documentation and prepare accurate billing records for timely processing.

Support overall warehouse and inventory operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
