Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit roles. (Background in external or internal audit is a strong plus).

• Prior exposure to listed company environment, board/management meetings, or corporate governance processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Management Support

-          Assist the Corporate Finance Manager and Senior Leadership in day-to-day corporate finance operations, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc assignment tasks.

-          Prepare and draft clear, structured meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

• Reporting & Presentation Preparation

-          Support the compilation, preparation, and formatting of high-quality presentation decks for board meetings, management meetings, and external stakeholders.

-          Assist in consolidating financial data, preparing periodic management reports, and drafting commentary on group operational performance.

• Financial Analysis & Research

-          Conduct fundamental financial analysis, variance analysis, and operational reviews to support decision-making processes.

-          Assist in gathering data and market research for strategic proposals, feasibility studies, and corporate evaluations.

• Corporate Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

-          Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) and external advisors (e.g., auditors, bankers, company secretaries, consultants) to facilitate corporate compliance and reporting workflows.

-          Ensure documentation, records, and meeting materials are organized systematically and comply with internal governance standards.
