Job Summary

The Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the ChaPanda outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency while upholding brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B outlet management or supervisory role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent; F&B-related qualification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures

• Supervise, train, and schedule barista and outlet staff

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service quality

• Drive sales targets and implement promotional initiatives

• Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance/repairs when needed

• Ensure staff adhere to company SOPs and grooming standards
