- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

- Minimum 1–3 years of technician experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment

- Knowledge of food-grade machinery and sanitation requirements

- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards is an advantage

- Ability to troubleshoot aircond electrical/mechanical equipment

- Physically fit and able to work in cold or humid environments

- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

- Willing to be transferred to other subsidiaries if required.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

- Perform regular servicing of food processing machines (e.g., mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines).

- Identify and repair mechanical or electrical faults in a timely manner.

Support Food Production Operations

- Monitor equipment performance during production to ensure smooth operation.

- Assist production staff in machine changeovers, calibrations, and adjustments.

Compliance with Food Safety Standards

- Ensure maintenance work does not compromise hygiene or sanitation standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).

- Follow strict cleaning procedures after maintenance work in food-contact areas.

Equipment Installation and Commissioning

- Assist in setting up and testing new food processing or packaging machines.

- Ensure proper calibration and functionality according to product and safety requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and downtime records.

- Report repeated faults or parts replacement needs to supervisors.

Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance

- Adhere to all workplace safety, hygiene, and PPE policies.

- Report any unsafe conditions, potential hazards, or near misses immediately.
