What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
• Organized and responsive, able to handle multiple shipments
• Good command of English; additional languages an advantage
• Prior forwarding/logistics experience is a plus, but not required

The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for customers and business partners, coordinating international shipments from booking through to delivery and shipment closure. You'll handle documentation, shipment updates and day-to-day operational coordination while using AI-enabled tools and digital workflows to work more accurately and efficiently.

We provide structured SOPs, training and guidance, making this role suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with early logistics experience. You'll learn both core freight-forwarding operations and how AI and automation are changing the way logistics work is managed.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate sea freight, air freight and other customer shipments from booking through to final delivery / shipment closure
• Handle and coordinate shipping documentation including booking confirmation, SI, BL/AWB, NOA and other required shipment documents
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, transporters, overseas agents and other service providers on shipment arrangements
• Monitor ETD/ETA, shipment milestones, documentation cut-offs and operational deadlines
• Keep customers and agents proactively updated on shipment status
• Identify shipment exceptions, delays or discrepancies early and escalate abnormal cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate shipment records and comply with company SOPs and service-standard timelines
• Coordinate required information with Sales and Accounts for smooth handover, costing and billing
• Use AI and digital tools to support email drafting, information extraction, document preparation, shipment updates and productivity
• Verify AI/system-generated information before sending documents or information externally
• Follow customer-specific SOPs and requirements while working within the company's standard operating workflow
• Participate in testing and improving AI-enabled operational workflows and automation
• Identify repetitive operational tasks that can be simplified or automated
• Perform other logistics operational duties assigned by management
