Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in sales, telco or field-related industry is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth through on-ground activities, customer engagement and cluster

management. The role involves promoting company products/services, acquiring new customers,

supporting territory Manager/area manager and ensuring strong market presence within assigned

areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground sales and customer acquisition activities

• Promote company products and services to potential customers

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, Building Manager or Management Office.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Identify new business opportunities and market potential within assigned territory

• Support roadshows, events, activations and promotional campaigns

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, applications and installations

• Provide market feedback, competitor updates and customer insights to management

• Ensure proper reporting and daily activity updates
