Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up on leads generated by the company, arranging appointments, and assisting customers throughout their property buying journey.

No cold calling is required. The company provides marketing leads and training to help you succeed.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, or Property is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and English are an added advantage.

• Positive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Mandarin is required due to business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, TikTok, PropertyGuru, iProperty, and other online platforms.

• Contact potential buyers and understand their property requirements.

• Recommend suitable property projects based on customers' needs.

• Arrange appointments and coordinate property viewings with the sales team.

• Build strong relationships with customers through professional follow-up.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every lead is attended to.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
