Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, or Property is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Possess own transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer enquiries generated through company marketing.

• Contact potential buyers via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Recommend suitable property projects based on customers' needs.

• Arrange appointments and accompany customers for property viewing.

• Guide buyers throughout the purchasing process.

• Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, and developers to ensure a smooth transaction.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.
