We are Asia's fastest-growing sports media network. We cover live sports events, produce player features, run interview shows, and build content that sports fans across the region cannot get enough of. We are a lean, fast-moving team where good ideas get acted on, your work reaches a massive real audience, and no two days look the same. If you are passionate about sports, content, and building something from the ground up , this is where you want to be.

Priority will be given to candidates who already create content or have a ready portfolio to show. If you have been posting contents - we want to see it.

1. Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms

• Generate content ideas across formats — short-form clips, trending hooks, news posts, interview angles, and series concepts

• Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy in English (Mandarin will be a plus)

• Plan creative video concepts and coordinate shooting schedules with the videographer and production team

• Coordinate with talents, pickleball players, hosts, and team members to align on creative direction before every shoot

• Be present on the ground at events and shoots — contributing ideas and capturing light content when needed

• Design eye-catching graphics and news post layouts using Canva — formatted correctly for each platform

• Oversee video editing — assign tasks to the editor with clear briefs, references, and deadlines

• Review all edited video and graphic content before it goes live — checking quality, pacing, captions, and brand consistency

• Provide clear, specific feedback on revisions to video editing team and ensure they are delivered on time

• Ensure all sponsored and branded content meets partner deliverable standards before publishing

• Repurpose long-form interview and event footage into short-form clips for Reels and TikTok

• Monitor the latest sports news daily — tournament results, player updates, rankings, and industry trends across Asia and globally — and turn them into timely posts

• Maintain efficient production workflows to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality

1. Social Media Management

• Plan and maintain content calendars across all platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu

• Schedule and publish content consistently and on time across all channels

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth

• Monitor social media performance and analyse metrics — reporting on what is working and adjusting strategy accordingly

• Keep up with current social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and new content opportunities

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

1. Ad-Hoc

• Perform additional tasks to support events, campaigns, and marketing objectives

What We are Looking For

Experience & Background

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or anything relevant

• Prior experience managing or creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or similar platforms

• Experience in sports, media, or entertainment is a strong advantage

• A portfolio or samples of past work is required — social media posts, videos, or designs

Skills & Tools
• Proficient in Canva — for graphics, news posts, and social media visuals

• Video editing skills using CapCut or mobile editing tools

• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, and Canva AI

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, and YouTube Studio

• Able to write fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Highly organised — you can manage a content calendar, a production timeline, and multiple deadlines at once

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently without being chased

• A sports lover — genuine passion for sports is important, pickleball knowledge is a bonus

• Own transport and willing to be on the ground at events and shoots when required
