- 为本地和海外供应商准备付款单据和银行指示
- 在处理付款前核实发票、付款详情和支持性文件
- 妥善保管银行交易和付款单据记录
- 核对银行对账单并监控付款状态
- 就付款事宜与银行、供应商和内部部门联络
- 协助应付账款和日常会计操作
- 确保遵守公司财务流程和规定
- 支持月度结算和财务报告活动
