Job Description

We are looking for an O&M Executive to develop, review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while supporting process improvement initiatives across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to document procedures and ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English Language & Linguistics, Journalism or related fields.

• Candidates with other Bachelor's Degrees who are proficient in spoken and written English are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Positive attitude, committed and eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.

• Review and analyse existing work processes and procedures.

• Coordinate with departments to gather information and standardise workflows.

• Recommend process improvements and operational enhancements.

• Conduct training for new or revised procedures.

• Monitor implementation and evaluate process effectiveness.

• Document procedures using written documents, flowcharts, matrices and illustrations.

• Proofread documentation for grammar, spelling and formatting.

• Ensure all SOPs are properly documented and traceable.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
