About the Company

Tokmer Global Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as Tokmer Enterprise, is a food and beverage company established in 2022. We currently operate three restaurant outlets and one central kitchen in Melaka.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and firm Area Manager to oversee all Yong Tau Foo Tokmer outlets in Melaka.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent food quality, and strong outlet performance by working closely with the Supervisors at each location.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Experience managing more than one outlet is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Firm, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Must have own transportation.

• Willing to travel between outlets in Melaka.

• Working hours 3.30pm to 11.30pm

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of all Yong Tau Foo Tokmer outlets.

• Guide, supervise, and support the Supervisors at each outlet.

• Ensure all operational, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service SOPs are followed.

• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and consistency of taste.

• Control stock levels, food wastage, and supplier-related issues.

• Analyse sales performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the headquarters.

• Handle staff and operational issues professionally and effectively.
