Proficient in computer hardware knowledge and operating system functions and operations.

Proficient in network technology and related products, such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

Fluent in Malay and Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently.

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, JB 1 pax and Kapar, Selangor 1 pax

Responsible for all HelpDesk work at the Malaysian company and project office, handling computer desktop issues for local and traveling employees.

Ensuring the stable operation of the servers and network at the Malaysian company and project office, including network setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the security system at the Malaysian company and project office, including data management, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Overseeing the low-voltage electrical projects for the Malaysian company, including planning and design, project tracking, and project acceptance.

Completing other IT tasks assigned by superiors.
