Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* Able to communicate fluently in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage).

* At least 1 year of e-commerce or operations experience is preferred.

* Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.

* Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.

* Experience in social media or content creation.

* Familiar with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the daily operations of the company.

* Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

* Upload new products and update product information, pricing, and inventory.

* Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.

* Communicate with suppliers and business partners.

* Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

* Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

* Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
