- Experience for 2-3 years in the F&B line
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Language proficiency :

* Bahasa Malaysia (Required)
* Mandarin (Preferred)

· Welcome guests with great hospitality.

· Manage reservations, guest seating and waiting lists.

· Answer guest inquiries, menu or special dish explanation and phone call reservations.

· Keep the front-of-house organized and clean.

· Support smooth restaurant operations.

· Coordinate well with the service team.

· Deliver exceptional friendly customer service.

· Deliver a warm farewell to guests and invite them to visit again.
