• Minimum SPM qualification.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B or retail.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Supervise and lead daily outlet operations.

• Manage and motivate service crew to achieve excellent customer service.

• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.

• Manage stock inventory and coordinate ordering.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards.

• Assist Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

A successful Supervisor should:
- Take the initiative to create sales opportunities instead of waiting for customers to make decisions.
- Demonstrate creativity by introducing new ideas and effective ways to increase sales.
- Possess strong sales adaptability, understanding different customer needs and responding confidently to various situations.
- Apply effective upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase the average transaction value.
- Be knowledgeable about products and confidently recommend the best options to customers.
- Coach and motivate the team to improve their selling skills and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example through a positive attitude, proactive customer engagement, and excellent customer service.
