Position: Retail Consultant

Location: The Summer Shopping Mall, Kota Samarahan (Kiosk)

Salary (Depending on experience): RM2,150 – RM2,500 (Junior)/ RM3,000 - RM3,500 (Senior)

Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Working Days & Hours:

1. Monday – Sunday (5/6 working days per week)

2. 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales, retail, or the telecommunications industry is an advantage.

2. Strong communication and customer service skills.

3. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

4. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

5. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Advise customers on mobile plans, devices, and digital services.

2. Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

4. Process activations, renewals, and related documentation in accordance with company SOPs.

5. Stay up to date with the latest promotions and product launches.

6. Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
