职位描述

任职资格

  • Diploma in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • At least 2 years (for experienced candidates).
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prefer Mandarin speaker to deal with overseas partner in China.
  • Strong coordination, communication & documentation skills.
  • Able to multitask, manage schedules, and support project teams.
  • Willing to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
  • Good interpersonal, EQ & hospitality skills.

岗位职责

  • Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and administration.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes & project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Support overseas projects (translation, hospitality, etc.) for Malaysian delegates in China.
  • Track project progress and highlight potential issues.
