Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experiencein business development, sales, or account management within amedia agency / digital advertising industry

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Strong network or client base in one or more of the following industries:

i. Property / Real Estate

ii. Automotive

iii. Technology / Consumer Electronics

iv. Gaming

v. Financial Service

vi. Beauty and Fashion

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of media solutions (digital, social, content, etc.)

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

What Will You Be Doing:

1. Content Planning and Brainstorming:

• Collaborate with the content team to tailor clients' marketing goals.

• Innovate and strategize unique content ideas that align with client objectives.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-ups.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Meet or exceed sales goals. o Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the client base.

4. Business Development:

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

5. Campaign Management:

• Oversee campaign execution flow to ensure seamless implementation. o Coordinate with internal teams to manage and execute campaigns effectively.

6. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
