Minimum 1 year experience in sales line

Able to work OT if required

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm

Working Location: Aman Suria, PJ

Handle online enquiries and walk-in customers professionally

Follow up customer leads from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Lead Form

Understand customer car model, needs, budget range and installation timeline

Recommend suitable tint, PPF or automotive protection packages based on customer needs

Explain product benefits, pricing, warranty, installation process and after-sales service clearly

Handle customer objections such as price comparison, product doubts and timing concerns

Arrange customer appointments for heat test, consultation or installation

Follow up customers who asked for price but have not confirmed

Follow up customers who booked appointment but did not show up

Update customer status, follow-up progress and sales result in CRM / tracking sheet

Work closely with marketing team by sharing customer questions, objections and feedback

Achieve monthly sales target and support overall company revenue growth
