Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a customer-facing or service role.

SKM Level 3 certification (minimum requirement).

Possession of a valid driving license.

Goods Driving License (GDL) and Heavy Vehicle License (Class E) are added advantages.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, with familiarity with commercial trucks.

Knowledge of other commercial vehicle models is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and scheduling service appointments.

Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on maintenance and repair options for commercial vehicles.

Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of service tasks.

Prepare and explain service estimates, quotations, invoices, and work orders to customers.

Manage and process service coupons, service packages, and warranty claims in accordance with company and principal guidelines.

Verify warranty eligibility, prepare required documentation, and coordinate with the warranty department or principal for claim submissions and approvals.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and job progress.

Perform assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
